• To enter the Republic of Macedonia, the participants originating from the above mentioned countries (I) have to have only a valid passport
• To enter the Republic of Macedonia, the participants originating from the EU countries, have to have only a valid ID

CHINA, EGYPT, INDIA, RUSSIA, UKRAINE

• The participants originating from the above mentioned countries (II) need visa “C” for which they should apply at the Embassy of the Republic of Macedonia in their country.
• In case these persons possess a valid multiple Schengen visa, they will need no entry visa for the Republic of Macedonia for a stay of up to 15 days.

ALGERIA – the participants from this country can apply for visa at the DCS of RM in Cairo;

ARMENIA – the participants from this country can apply for visa at the DCS of RM in Ankara or Istanbul;

BANGLADESH – the participants from this country can apply for visa at the DCS of RM in New Delhi;

BELARUS - the participants from this country can apply for visa at the DCS of RM in Moscow, Kiev or Warsaw;

COLUMBIA - the participants from this country can apply for visa at the DCS of RM in Washington or New York;

GEORGIA - the participants from this country can apply for visa at the DCS of RM in Ankara or Istanbul;

INDONESIA - the participants from this country can apply for visa at the DCS of RM in Canberra, Melbourne or Doha ;

IRAN - the participants from this country can apply for visa at the DCS of RM in Ankara, Istanbul or Doha;

JORDAN - the participants from this country can apply for visa at the DCS of RM in Ankara, Istanbul, Doha or Tel Aviv;

KENYA - the participants from this country can apply for visa at the DCS of RM in Cairo;

NORTH KOREA - the participants from this country can apply for visa at the DCS of RM in Beijing;

LEBANON - the participants from this country can apply for visa at the DCS of RM in Ankara, Istanbul or Tel Aviv;

MALDIVES - the participants from this country can apply for visa at the DCS of RM in New Delhi;

MOLDOVA - the participants from this country can apply for visa at the DCS of RM in Bucharest;

MOROCCO - the participants from this country can apply for visa at the DCS of RM in Madrid or Cairo;

NEPAL - the participants from this country can apply for visa at the DCS of RM in New Delhi;

PAKISTAN - the participants from this country can apply for visa at the DCS of RM in New Delhi;

TAIWAN - the participants from this country can apply for visa at the DCS of RM in Beijing;

TAJIKISTAN - the participants from this country can apply for visa at the DCS of RM in New Delhi or Beijing;

THAILAND - the participants from this country can apply for visa at the DCS of RM in Beijing;

UAE - the participants from this country can apply for visa at the DCS of RM in Doha;

UZBEKISTAN - the participants from this country can apply for visa at the DCS of RM in Ankara, Istanbul, Beijing or Doha.

• The participants coming from the above mentioned countries (III) need visa “C” for which they should apply at one of the mentioned DCS of the Republic of Macedonia.
• They can submit the necessary documents to the embassy by mail or should send their scanned documents by email.
• The payment of the visa expenses can be done through a bank, to the account of the embassy of the Republic of Macedonia.
• In case the person possesses a valid multiple Schengen visa, they will need no entry visa for the Republic of Macedonia for a stay of up to 15 days.
• In case the person possesses a permit for permanent stay in a country – member of the Schengen zone, there will be no need for visa.

The participants to apply for visa at a DCS of the Republic of Macedonia must have valid passport and submit the following documents:

a) Copy of the valid passport;
b) Filled out visa application (it can be downloaded from the www.mfa.gov.mk);
c) One photo (3,5cm x 4,5 cm, color photo with a white background, full-faced);
d) Invitation from the Organizer;
e) Travel insurance;
f) Hotel reservation;
g) Evidence on paid visa expenses;

• Upon the approval of the visa, the participants should pick it up personally at the DCS.
• Upon approval of visas, it will be enabled that they be picked up at another, previously announced DCS of the Republic of Macedonia.
