REGISTRATION FEE AND PUBLISHING OF PAPERS

The registration fee covers:

• Admission to all sessions
• Publication of maximum 2 papers
• Book of keynote speakers and theme leaders papers published by Springer (hardcover)
• Book of abstracts
• Conference Proceedings on CD as well as other materials
• Organized local transport (including transport from/to airports)
• Welcome cocktail party
• Refreshments during coffee breaks
• Conference tours
• 14ECEE evening party

The registration fee for the joint EAEE&ESC sessions covers:

• Admission to all sessions
• Publication of maximum 2 papers

Rationale Regarding the Publishing of the Papers

Registration fee includes publishing of maximum two papers as well as conditions for presentation (oral or poster). Cost of each additional paper is 50 euros.

If registration is subject of later decision, publication of each paper costs 100 euros expected to be paid prior to paper submission deadline.

If registration fee is paid additionally (after papers publication cost is paid), all prior payments will be deducted.

For example:

An author plans to present tree papers and is not sure whether to participate. He has to pay 300 euros (publication cost of 3 papers) prior the paper submission deadline. Afterwards he decides to attend the conference, so he needs to pay 540 - 300 = 240 euros (registration fee plus 1 additional paper). The above example assumes early registration. In case of late registration the calculation is 590 – 300 = 290 euros. In case of on-site payment the calculation is 640 – 300 = 340 euros.

Students grants

Maximum 30 grants for covering of registration fee and full board for the 14ECEE will be allocated to students under 32. Those interested to apply can download and submit the application form to the Conference Secretariat. Limited funds are available for covering travel expenses, as well. Eligible are students coming from all countries. The application form will be available for downloading following the abstract acceptance.
