Transaction description:

(mandatory to enable linking to participant/author and type of pre-payment and payment)

Each transaction description should contain the name of the participant/author, his/her registration number and abstract/paper ID for which registration fee or paper publication pre-payment fee is subject of the payment.

In case of group payments, an email or fax should be sent to the 14ECEE secretariat containing the unique transaction number and the detailed payment structure (names of participants/authors, corresponding registration numbers to the registration fees included into the payment, as well as abstract/paper IDs for paper publication pre-payment fees included).

The above described info is crucial for keeping individual account records for each participant/author that will allow for a quick admission procedure concerning the formalities.
