Q: Can I apply for a student grant support with poster presentation?
A: Yes you can apply, but applicants with oral presentation will have priority in the selection process.
Q: I am a young PhD researcher from a developing country. Can I apply for a student grant support even though I am not a student anymore?
A: Unfortunately, student grants are foreseen only for master or doctoral students.
Q: Will the travel expenses be covered by the student grant?
A: Student grant support means full coverage of registration and accommodation fee. Only a limited number of grants will cover the travel expenses partially or fully.
Q: I am not the first author of the paper. Can I apply for a student grant?
A: Yes you can apply, but the first authors of papers will be given priority in the selection process.
Q: When can we expect the results of the student grant application?
A: The results will be announced at the end of April, 2010.
Q: Should participants in the special sessions pay the registration fee?
A: Yes, they should obligatorily pay the registration fee.

Q: Is it possible for a single participant (one registration) to present more than one paper?
A: Yes, you are wellcome to submit more papers at no extra charge but only one could be scheduled for oral presentation.
Q: How can I submit my abstract?
A: You need to register online, activate your profile fith the username and password
that will be provided bay a confirmation email, login and submit via the online
procedure..
Q: How can i get conference abstract template?
A: There is no abstract template for offline submission, you need to register and
submit through the online procedure.
Q: Does my coauthor need to register in submitting abstract ?
A: Each participant should register and pay full cotisation fee.
